We will process the identification, contact and professional details of users who join the FIS365 Community. In addition, we inform you that the data provided when completing the user profile will be visible to all members of the FIS365 Community.

The FIS365 Community aims to connect professionals, brands and companies in the franchise sector. It works as a permanent networking platform where users can establish key relationships, access exclusive content, participate in specialised events and stay up to date with the latest trends in the sector.
It is a space designed to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and the generation of business opportunities within the professional franchise ecosystem.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis is the existence of a contractual relationship between the parties, established when registering for the Community.
How long will we retain your personal data?
When the user unsubscribes from the FIS365 Community, their profile data will be automatically deleted from the platform and will no longer be visible to other users. The data will be retained by the Controller for the duration of the contractual relationship between the parties and, in any event, for the applicable statutory limitation periods arising from it.

Do we include personal data of third parties?
No, as a general rule we only process the data provided to us by the data subjects. If you provide us with third-party data, you must first inform those persons and request their consent, otherwise you release us from any liability for failure to comply with this requirement.
What about minors’ data?
We do not process data from children under 14 years of age. Therefore, please refrain from providing such data if you are not of that age or, where applicable, from providing data of third parties who have not reached that age.
